Payment for sessions and workshops can be done with cash or credit card. Payment is due before the session or workshop begins. Please register for workshops one week in advance to ensure you are able to schedule your private consultation and take your assessment prior to the workshop date.

REFUND/RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final on services received.

 

If necessary, please cancel or reschedule appointments and group workshops in advance. Clients who cancel, reschedule, or do not attend appointments with less than 24 business hours notice will be charged the full fee. Clients who cancel, reschedule, or do not attend workshops with less than 72 business hours notice will be charged the full fee. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late to sessions will be unable to be seen and will be charged the full fee. If clients should pay for sessions in advance, cancel within the appropriate window per service type, and not use their balance towards future services, they will receive a full refund upon request. If clients should pay for workshops in advance, cancel within the appropriate window per service type, and not use their balance towards future services, they will be charged a $80 administrative fee.

In the event that a client is not a good fit for a workshop following private consultation, a refund for the workshop will be provided minus a $80 administrative fee.
